To provide our core workflow automation services, our extension and web platform collect and process only the minimal required information:

• Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We collect your email address when you authenticate and sign in via your Google Account.
• Authentication Information: We securely process and manage Google OAuth 2.0 access tokens required to keep your account session active and verify your license status.
• Website Content, User Activity & Web History: Our extension requires access to web page content (specifically on supported generative interfaces such as flow.google.com and labs.google.com) to execute requested automation tasks. Additionally, the extension uses browser tab permissions strictly to detect and communicate with active Google Flow tabs.
• Local Processing Guarantee: Crucially, all Website Content, User Activity, and Web History are processed entirely locally on your device in real-time. We do NOT collect, transmit, or store this data on our backend servers.
• Local API Usage (Native Messaging): Any helper automation features communicate via local Native Messaging on your own computer. No personal media files or private prompts are transferred to external servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We strictly use collected information to support the following functionalities:

• Account Identification & Licensing: Your email address and authentication tokens are used solely to verify your identity and manage your subscription or daily usage limits securely.
• Local Automation Execution: Website content and user actions are processed transiently in your local browser memory to automate queue management at your explicit instruction.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Encrypted Transmission: Your email and tokens are transmitted exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored securely in our database.
• No Password Access: We never request, access, or store your Google Account password.
• Zero Server Retention for Web Activity: Browsing activity, prompts, and created media are never uploaded to our servers.

5. User Rights, Access Revocation & Data Deletion

You retain complete control over your personal data:

• Revoking Google Account Access: You can revoke FREE FLOW AUTOMATION's access to your Google Account at any time directly through your Google Account Security Settings at: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Extension Removal: You may uninstall the extension at any time via your browser's extension management settings.
• Permanent Data Deletion Requests: If you wish to delete your email address and associated user record permanently from our database, email our support team at tubeyou010392@gmail.com. We will process and confirm your request within 48 hours.
