1. Description of Service

FREE FLOW AUTOMATION is an independent third-party browser extension developed by YTStudio. The Extension provides workflow automation tools for users on supported generative media web interfaces (such as Google Flow at flow.google.com and labs.google.com). Features include bulk prompt queuing, automation of generation requests, and media organization.

2. User Accounts and Google Authentication

• Account Access: To access certain features, user quotas, or licensing plans, you may be required to sign in using your Google Account.
• Authentication Security: We utilize standard Google OAuth 2.0 authentication (userinfo.email and userinfo.profile scopes). We never request, access, or store your Google Account password.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, browser environment, and any accounts linked to the Service.

3. Permitted Use and Restrictions

You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and third-party platform rules. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Extension to generate, submit, or propagate illegal, abusive, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of third-party platforms with which the Extension interacts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Extension, except where permitted by applicable law.
• Resell, lease, or commercially exploit access to the Extension without express written authorization from YTStudio.

4. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Trademarks

• Ownership: The Extension, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is the proprietary property of YTStudio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• Third-Party Disclaimer: FREE FLOW AUTOMATION is an independent tool. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or maintained by Google LLC or Alphabet Inc.

Trademarks such as "Google", "Google Flow", and "Imagen" are trademarks or registered trademarks of Google LLC. All product names, logos, and brands mentioned are property of their respective owners.

5. Compliance with Third-Party Platform Policies

The Extension interacts with third-party web services. Your use of such platforms remains subject to their respective Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies. You acknowledge that changes or updates made by third-party platforms may temporarily or permanently affect the functionality of the Extension.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, YTSTUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YTSTUDIO, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE EXTENSION.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time. When updates occur, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Extension following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

You may terminate your agreement with these Terms at any time simply by uninstalling the Extension from your browser. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Extension or associated cloud licensing services if these Terms are violated.
